Went to Frankfurt today to do a little shopping. Grabbed a coffee at Starbucks (and yes Tracie, it was a White Chocolate Mocha my favorite...LOL) Hit the Apple Store and picked up a couple of new goodies, I love going to the Apple Store. Went to Das Depot (The Depot) to look for some holiday decorations, not as much out as I had hoped, but got a few new ideas. Stopped in Zara's and bought a cool pair of Euro jeans, seen a lot of other cool stuff but I just got the jeans. From Frankfurt we headed to Mannheim to the Rhein Neckar Mall to see if the Das Depot there had anything different form the one in Frankfurt, and it had a few different things which gave me a few more ideas, but I still didn't buy anything. Hit a couple of the department stores and bought a couple of beanies, you can never have two many beanies. After the mall, we headed over to the Garden Shop but it closed at four o'clock, "What the Hell" that's entirely to early for a Saturday. No flowers or plants today, but now we know for next time. From the Garden Shop we headed back to Kaiserslautern, after dropping OB and Aspen at the house and getting them fed, we headed up to our neighborhood restaurant for dinner. Well, here sits Russ at the Genius Bar waiting for his Macbook to go through a reorganization of his iTunes music library. This should fix the problem he's been having with his music not syncing. Side Note* Traci, there's two little girls here in the Apple Store wearing the same little outfits playing on the Mac's and all I can see in my head is Kylie and Peyton the day we went to the Grove. Well, looks like Russ is just about done. This is the longest I've ever stayed in the Apple Store, and I have enjoyed every minute of it...LOL

Sitting here waiting for Russ's appointment, still have about 30 minutes yet. The view is from the second floor of the store and it's pretty warm in here. It's unbelievable sitting here watching all the money that Apple makes, been in the store all of 15 minutes and I've watched 6 iPads and 10 iPhones be sold, and who knows how many iPods and Mac Computers have been sold downstairs. Got about another 20 minutes yet, guess I'll look around the store.

In Frankfurt sitting at the Central Park Corner Cafe having a Flammkuchen (German Pizza, I guess you'd call it) with a glass of red wine. Russ is having some computer syncing issues with his Macbook so he has an appointment at the Apple Store here. I had no idea there was an Apple Store here in Frankfurt, I only knew about the one in Munchen which is 5 hours away. So you can just imagine how surprised and happy I was to find out there was one only an hour away. We still have a couple of hours before his appointment so were going to do a little walking around and window shopping. I'll post some photos.

Well, I got my iPhone 4 on Tuesday and I absolutely love it. Not to quote the Apple ads but, "This changes everything, Again." I'm sure you've heard all the news about the antenna problem, but I'm not having it and other people here in Germany haven't had any problems either. So once again the media has blow things out of proportion, should we expect anything less. Anyways, I watched the Apple Press Conference last night and Steve Jobs set the record straight. So if your a fan of Glee, your going to like this.  I was watching Oprah, "Yes I watch Oprah" anyways, and she had this guy on her show.  His name is Sam Tsui and he and his college roommate did this video, he is doing all the vocals in this and his roommate did the video editing.  They have quite a few videos on YouTube, you can search them under "Sam and Kurt" I thought this was really cool!

I'm sure I've said this before, but I'm saying it again...I absolutely love this show. If you haven't watched Glee, you are so missing out. Can't wait for Season 2.
